I am completely obsessed with boho bedrooms. They typically have common elements for which you can easily find many variations on Amazon. You don’t need a whole lot to accomplish this look, it’s more of a minimalistic theme and I’ve compiled a list of 10 items that I think every boho bedroom should have.
Take a look, if you’re into boho bedrooms you’ll be sure to like these.
1. plant hangers
These rope plant hangers add a natural bohemian vibe that you can’t deny. You can use the hooks that come with them to install them to your ceiling or you can use hanging adhesive wall hooks that won’t damage your ceiling.
Please note that they don’t come with the plants, you can use real ones or faux versions.
2. boho duvet cover
Every bedroom needs a good duvet and this one is perfect for your boho themed room, and what’s more, even if you decide you don’t want a boho room anymore, it can definitely work as a regular duvet.
3. throw pillow covers
Add some more character to your space with these throw cushion covers. Very fitting for the theme and I personally love a cushion filled bed.
4. curtain string lights
Okay so my absolute favorite thing in any room would be warm string lights. Right now my favorite style happens to be curtain but you can install these lights in many different ways. If I had to choose just one item from this list, it would be these lights. They make the room feel so magical, almost as if they’re stars.
5. woven wall decor
So maybe the lights is my favorite thing on this list but if there’s anything here that screams bohemian, it’s these cute macrame wall art. I just feel like they bring positive energy to the room.
6. area rug
This item is probably not one of the ‘necessities’ that you’d be rushing to get for your room, but it’s one of those things that completes the room, making you feel at home.
7. woven basket
You may not always want your throw on your bed and there’s really no cuter place to store it than this basket. It’s functional and very boho, it’s one of my favorite pieces.
8. blanket ladder
I think blanket ladders are still unique and not fully overdone. Put your blanket or your throw on it and add some succulents on the top shelf and you’ve got yourself a true bohemian piece for your room.
9. wooden cheval floor mirror
Find a corner for this vintage beauty, you can wrap it with some string lights and put a cute little faux fur rug in front of it. This makes a great spot for a mirror selfie.
10. throw blanket
Throws are very cute and have a way of making you feel warm and cozy. You can keep them on your bed, accent chair, or blanket ladder. They also add a nice decor touch to the space.
